The Energy Pipeline Institute of Canada (EPIC), formerly the Calgary Technical Chapter (CTC) of the Offshore Mechanics and Arctic Engineering (OMAE) Division of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), was founded in 2022, to provide financial oversight and governance for the Banff Pipeline Workshop (BPW) and Young Pipeliners Association of Canada (YPAC).
